Ultra-low pressure forming
Using minimum pressure and limited mechanical handling, the MasterFormer portions and forms ground meat into products comparable to those made by hand. It ensures the structure and texture of the meat mass is retained which makes it ideal for forming high-quality products such as steak haché, premium burgers and cordon bleu. After forming, products can be packed directly onto trays or processed further into coated and cooked products.
Multiple product possibilities
The MasterFormer can create both filled and unfilled products, with a wide variety of shapes, including burgers with a relief, such as stripes and ground meat blocks. The forming unit can be swapped quickly and easily to change the shape and dimensions of a product, giving you a highly flexible production process and products that really set you apart from the competition.
Solid, liquid and paste fillings
The MasterSlice module can be used to add cut-to-size slices of solid filling, such as cheese or ham to the basic raw material. The MasterFill module can be used to add precisely measured liquid or paste fillings such as pesto, béchamel or ketchup.
