Information
OneFlow organizes the flow of products on the conveyor belt after trimming operations, making it suitable for downstream processes. It is a key logistic component in an automated process from deboning to packing. OneFlow combines software and hardware, with the ‘dropper’—a product-holding tray positioned above the belt—as its crucial component, functioning as a buffer-and-release bin. Up to 120 fillets per minute can be handled, maintaining a consistent product flow.
OneFlow not only singulates the product flow, but also positions the products accurately on the belt, namely long side leading. In this way, OneFlow precisely organizes the infeed for downstream processes.
Multiple locations
OneFlow can be implemented in multiple locations throughout the fillet line. At any place where operators pick up products from the belt and return them after bone detection rework, OneFlow can step in to perform its efficiency-boosting task. This can be at the quality grading station of the AMF breast deboning system, at the trimming station after deboning, or at the SensorX bone removal station.
Buffer
At each station, operators put the trimmed product in the OneFlow dropper. Thanks to its buffer function, OneFlow will only insert the product back on the belt again when there’s an empty space, merging perfectly with the products already there. This ensures a perfectly singulated infeed for downstream processes such as graders, portion cutters or packers and saves an operator who repositions products on the belt.
Ergonomic
OneFlow offers substantial ergonomic advantages compared to traditional trimming stations. As it simplifies the operations and movements, it significantly improves operator comfort and satisfaction. The reduced manual handling also enhances food safety.
