These can be formed and portioned into a wide range of products such as nuggets, schnitzels, croquettes and hamburgers. The PlateFormer is also suitable for the processing of whole muscle meat.
The PlateFormer produces accurately portioned final products with minimal weight variation.
The PlateFormer is used for processing high capacities. Depending on the raw materials and form of the final product, a capacity of up to 2,500 kilograms an hour can be achieved.
