Information
The Marel StreamLine is an integral part of a full deboning system, providing full control and monitoring of each part of the animal from breakup to packing.
Specification configuration
Various end-product specifications can be configured in the system, giving operators the ability to perform cutting and/or trimming according to the customer specified cutting patterns. StreamLine can be configured for a variety of deboning and trimming applications and allows processors to cater to different customer specifications.
Deboning and trimming
Upon entering the StreamLine, the primals are distributed to workstations based on operator availability. The primals are deboned, trimmed and further processed according to individual product specifications and orders. When the meat arrives at an operator’s workstation, the station display is automatically updated, showing the type of operation to be performed.
In a trimming set-up, such as PAD (pret-a-decouper), the StreamLine has the capability to send pieces from one operator to create multiple process steps for the same primal, keeping track of yield at each step. All cuts are fully traceable down to the specific animal lot as well as line operator.
A quality control station is available to allow inspection of products prior to packing.
