The right strip length
Before positioning the products, the RoboOptimizer measures the length and width of each fillet and also identifies left and right fillets. This patented solution is important, because if the I-Cut 122 starts cutting strips at the wrong end, the fibers are destroyed and the strip will be stretched out in the tumbling process.
Optimizing the angle of each individual fillet gives a significantly better yield for strips. There are fewer off-cuts because the strip length is optimized all the time.
