The Marel T3 Linking Chain has been built to run longer and provide cost savings with a more hygienic design compared to the TECO Chain.
A proprietary design that uses more robust components ensuring an extended life compared to previous chains. The design also minimizes stretching to reduce giveaway and casing usage, resulting in substantial cost savings.
There will be additional savings because the pinchers and lugs are electropolished. By electropolishing these components, damage to casings occurs less frequently. Additionally, this method makes for better sanitation by reducing small harborage points throughout the chain.
