Slice thickness, half, or whole loaf slicing, and cutting speed can be easily adjusted via the user-friendly control panel. An automatic gripper and holder guide loaves towards the circular NanoBlade with even pressure for premium results.

The blade provides accurate oil-free cutting, maximizing hygiene and service life. While the open design makes cleaning quick, easy, and efficient.
