TSM Strip Cut Solution
Marel has developed yet another fast, efficient and cost-effective application for poultry processors. The strip cut solution on the TSM Template Slicing Machine produces uniform poultry strips of a natural variety with minimum manpower. Different requirements for size and shape will be easy to accommodate with both standard and customized templates.
TSM Solutions -Reducing Trim
Marel offers grading and flattening solutions that are ideally suited to reduce trim when used with the TSM. Different methods can be used to maximize raw material utilization and reduce trim. The method used depends on the final product specifications and can include grading before or after cutting, flattening before or after cutting or adding a second TSM or do reruns to get two fillets out of one.
