We are excited to announce that the Online Software KnowHow conference for Innova Food Processing Software users will be held 6-8 October 2020. The event is specifically aimed at North American users but all customers with valid ILCS contracts can join.

We’re hosting this innovative online event to connect with our customers and share vital insights into how Innova can help food processing businesses thrive. In keeping with our ‘Meet. Learn. Share.’ theme, participants will have excellent opportunities to meet with industry experts and colleagues, learn technical know-how and Innova news, and share ideas and feedback on how we can better meet their software needs.

In light of COVID-19, all events will take place in a virtual format that makes use of Marel Live’s superb online event setup.

Primary Keynote Session

Leading Innova experts  will open the conference with a keynote presentation, sharing our vision, industry roadmap, upcoming product improvements, and how we’re helping our customers adapt and thrive in the time of COVID-19. The keynote will be open for everyone and available for playback for the rest of the week.


Virtual Social Hour

For an hour after each day’s sessions, we’ll provide a virtual meeting space for customers and Marel employees to wind down, share knowledge and strengthen connections. Customers can also book times with Innova experts to discuss any questions, comments or ideas they may have.

Technical Workshops

Our technical workshops will provide in-depth insights into two main topics: product training and system maintenance. The product training portion will focus on key product areas that can help ILCS users develop better process based and MES layer approaches. The system maintenance section will teach and encourage healthy IT practices and Innova system management.

Guests will need to register for each session, at which point they will be invited to submit questions and select from a list of topics they’d like to know more about. There will also be time for customers to provide feedback on products following each training topic.

Virtual Roundtable

Industry experts will present our latest advancements and upcoming developments. At the same time, customers will be invited to share their ideas, wishes and feedback regarding what they want from our software. Participants can also suggest topics for discussion. The virtual roundtable will take place over three different sessions split into industry groups.

What's the cost of registration?

The registration fee for the KnowHow is $500. This fee is waived for eligible Innova LifeCycle Support customers. While primary keynote session is open for all, other session will be closed.
