When power and precision combine, the PUMA cuts - up to 400 cuts per minute. This applies e.g. B. for chops, steaks, schnitzel, pork belly or meat loaf fresh, chilled or frozen to - 4 °C. Because the blade is coupled directly to the geared motor, almost 100% of the motor power can be used when cutting.

The spacious 96 mm / 3 4/5" cutting chamber enables the product to be loaded comfortably without the inconvenience of pre-cutting. Meat, sausage, bacon and ham can be diced and cut just as easily as fruit, fish, cheese or vegetables.

With the self-service machine DISKUS SBS, TREIF remains true to its principle of always cutting without oil. The DISKUS SBS cuts all types of bread cleanly. The GS-tested bread slicer has a reliable safety system that eliminates the risk of injury. The customer in the self-service area can choose between three pane thicknesses at the push of a button.

The flake ice machines MAJA-RVH offer a wide choice of ice-producing units with ice output ranging from 250kg up to 12,000kg every 24 hours. Without condensing units, they are designed for integration in multi compressor refrigeration circuits, used by the meat and fish industry, in bakeries or supermarkets, but also in various non-food applications.

The MAJA NAC Nugget Ice Machine with self-cleaning system and the MAJA NAS Nugget Ice Machine standard version, are two lines available to meet individual ice requirements, offering an ice output ranging from 300-970 kg/24h. The MAJA Nugget Ice Machines are designed to supply fresh ice for various cooling applications in bakeries, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, catering businesses and for some non-food applications.

The flake ice machines MAJA SAH 85 L and SAH 170 L, with respective ice outputs of 85kg and 170kg every 24 hours, are designed for smaller requirements of fresh ice in butcheries, bakeries, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, catering businesses and various non-food applications.

The MAJA SKINNY II can be used universally for all derinding applications on fresh boneless pork cuts, e.g. belly, backfat, jowl, shoulder, shoulder cap, ham, etc. as well as round boneless cuts from shoulder and ham.
