The Deheading Table MS 2510 is a highly efficient manual deheading solution designed for easy handling of salmon. A rotating buffer system automatically transfers the deheaded fish smoothly to the filleting station. It can be manned with up to four operators to match your capacity needs.

These ergonomic workstations are made with operator safety in mind and are easy to adjust in height, with a water-hydraulic system adapted to suit the height of the line installation. The construction facilitates easy cleaning to uphold a high level of hygiene.

The MS 2510 is the first part of a proven solution for automated salmon processing that also includes the PaceInfeeder MS 2725, the Filleting Machine MS 2730 and a trimming line with the QC Scanner MS 2920. Together, they form a complete setup for the production of fillets with maximum performance and incomparable yield. Manual infeed at the filleting machine becomes redundant and in addition to savings in labor cost the infeed will be more accurate and with a steady flow.
