Ideal for retail and foodservice meat processors, the I-Cut 360 anatomic portion cutter delivers exceptional versatility, high throughput, optimized yield and reduced giveaway when cutting fixed weight portions down to a thickness of approx. 3 mm. Cutting requires no crust freezing, however it allows raw materials to be light crust frozen if preferred by the processor.

Unique horizontal raw material and portion flow
A significant advantage is the highly operator-friendly horizontal raw material loading and ergonomic working process enabled by the adjustable infeed height.
Infeed can be done manually at the machine or delivered from upstream processes.
