Efficient and profitable grinding

Our grinders are manufactured to handle extremely high capacities of both fresh and frozen meat. Their unique design ensures consistent flow out of the grinder with less back wash, protein destruction and minimal temperature increase.

Precision fat analysis

Our preparation line has fully integrated online fat analysis, based on contact-free technology, which measures the fat content of the meat as it leaves the grinder at capacities of up to 20 tons/hour. Using unique spectroscopy technology, incoming raw material is analyzed and the fat percentage is calculated, helping you to deliver superior quality minced meat products with the highest levels of consistency.

Standardized mixing

To ensure quick, gentle, homogeneous mixing with highest hygiene standards, we have a comprehensive range of industrial mixers.

Your full line supplier

We can support you beyond the meat preparation process and have all the equipment for a fully integrated line to create minced meat portions for retail or QSR purposes. Our state of the art further processing equipment includes the MasterFormer to portion blocks of minced meat before packing and labeling for final dispatch.

Controlling meat preparation

To let you to create a meat mass with a consistent, uniform quality, our preparation line for minced meat products uses a central recipe management system. It takes full control of the line, ensuring intelligent product handling, full traceability and giving you a more secure and reliable meat preparation process, independent of skilled operators.

Monitoring and reporting

The system gives you a complete overview of individual machine status as well as the general operation of the full line, including fault and alarm handling. For added safety, the system also has a global emergency-stop function. For quality management, batch reports can also be viewed.

Central recipe management

To ensure every batch prepared meets your precise specifications, you can create, edit and store your recipes centrally. They system also allows you to specify routings of individual batches
