During the process of cattle skinning, it is necessary to remove the leather located in the region of the ribs, without removing the flank steak and fat from the carcass during the process. Side Puller is able to perform this operation efficiently, maintaining a good quality of the skinned carcass. It offers a capacity of up to 360 cattle/hour.
The process performed by Side Puller significantly reduces the required number of operators and the amount of meat pulled out from the carcass together with the leather. The equipment is in accordance with all current safety standards. It has guardrails to prevent the access of unauthorized people, and its activation is performed bimanually, for greater safety of operators.
