The answer to French market needs at CFIA 2018

At CFIA 2018 in Rennes, France, Marel Poultry will share the stand with Marel Meat, Marel Fish and Further Processing. The main focus of the poultry processing industry will be the Stork AMF-i breast cap filleting system.

AMF-i breast cap deboning system

The French market offers plenty of opportunities for adding more value to poultry processing. At CFIA, Marel Poultry will show several solutions which are optimally adjusted to the country’s specific requirements. At our booth, we will present a hands-on experience for all interested visitors, demonstrated by expert product specialists.

Our professionals, among whom Gael Devaux (Marel France), Joel Gautrais (Marel France), and Rob Noteboom (Marel Poultry Area Sales Manager), will also inform you about all of our other innovative and profitable solutions.

AMF-i strikes the right note

AMF-i breast cap deboning system

Automation of breast deboning with the highest possible efficiency is on top of the list of many French poultry professionals. Stork AMF-i can respond to virtually all requirements asked for by the market.

For years now, Stork AMF has set the standard for breast cap filleting all over the world. The AMF-i also strikes the right note in the French markets, particularly for its ability to deliver high quality end products with consistent high yield and low manning levels.

To make life easier for poultry processors, Marel Poultry has now added even more intelligence to the process. It's no longer necessary to manually select a product size related recipe, as module settings adjust themselves automatically to the measured product size.

Marel’s MCheck 2 provides another hands-on experience occasion. This cross-industrial checkweigher can monitor and optimize the accuracy of processing equipment, and ensure compliance with weight legislation across a wide range of products. Optional single and multi-frequency metal detection ensures quality control on single and multi-product lines.

MCheck2 weighs and checks a wide variety of indexed packs or pieces in a continuous flow against predetermined limits. It prevents underweight and/or overweight packages and rejects ‘out of spec’ packs.
