With the Loin Puller it is possible to automatically leave each loin with exactly the requested fat thickness, no matter the varying anatomy of different pigs. The derinding capacity is 1.000 loins per hour.
The Loin Puller classifies the fat thickness of each loin and subsequently performs a clean cut with an oscillating knife, leaving all products with a uniform fat layer in full length.
The Loin Puller can be adjusted to fit into existing production lines. It is delivered fully assembled and only needs air and electricity supply. Obviously, the Loin Puller can also be used independently with manual feeding of loins.
The Loin Puller is easy to overlook and clean, and naturally comply with the highest level of HACCP standards. A touch panel makes operating and adjusting the Loin Puller very easy.
