Marel Meat Slaughtering introduces the latest generation slaughter robotization: the M-Line.
The line of machines based on the new M-Line concept is innovation fully developed by Marel that meets the latest hygiene and safety requirements. The slaughter robots of the M-Line use a completely newly designed type of tool: the TwinTools.

The combination of a 3D carcass scanner, an industrial robot and the TwinTools set a new standard in slaughter line robotization. The M-line is the answer to:

TWIN TOOLS WITH SUPERIOR STERILIZATION
The TwinTool technology is revolutionary in the field of slaughter process robotization. It is based on proven processing performance of the F-line technology, combined with a superior sterilization of the tool after each cycle. In the TwinTool concept, each machine has a double-acting tool. When one tool is in operation, the second tool is being sterilized. For optimum hygiene, all components that come into contact with the carcasses are produced according to the latest standards in surface treatment based on nanotechnology.
3D SCANNING FOR HIGH CUTTING ACCURACY
The latest techniques in 3D scanning that are applied ensure a high cutting accuracy. Several scans of the carcasses are converted to a precise movement of robot and tool by the Coliphia software, internally developed by Marel. This movement is 100% synchronized with the transport of the carcasses.
