Bakkafrost backs JBT Marel innovation with purchase agreement of first EVi salmon gutting machine
Today, at the Seafood Processing Global Expo in Barcelona, Andrias Petersen, Group Harvest Director at Bakkafrost, and Skúli Sigurðsson, VP of Fish at JBT Marel, signed a contract for the purchase of the first EVi, marking an important step in the partnership between the companies.
