The Customer support center provides remote and telephone support for your Marel products and solutions. This service provides assistance in identifying and verifying the cause of suspected or identified defects or errors as well as advice on how to solve or correct these. 

Our customer support service will provide you with access to experts that will solve your issue either remotely or by sending a field service technician on site.  

Please note that the availability of remote support is dependent on a live Internet/Ethernet network connection to the respective equipment.
