JBT files registration statement on Form S-4 with the SEC
Marel has been informed that John Bean Technologies Corporation (“JBT”) has today filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Form S-4, in relation to JBT’s previously announced intention to make a voluntary takeover offer for all issued and outstanding shares in Marel.
