ModularLoader

The ModularLoader is a completely automated tray loading system for fresh sausages. It can handle a wide range of curved and straight sausages, in both natural and collagen casings.

The system is extremely flexible and multiple tray configurations can be loaded. The number of sausages in a tray can be adjusted quickly and easily during production.

An integrated quality control vision system scans all sausages before packing to prevent any that are out of specification from being loaded into trays.
