Carcass grading

Marel provides grading and classification systems for the red meat industry. These systems are installed at the end of the slaughter line and use full carcass side vision to measure carcass conformation, fat class, primal weights and saleable meat predictions.

The Marel vision systems have been approved in many  countries and are widely used.
