15,000 bph proven processing capacity
Marel Poultry introduces the all-time high processing capacity of 15,000 bph with unrivalled reliability. Already proven by experience over the last months in several processing plants, this incredible fast processing is now ready for a global launch - all systems are go!
That includes Stork ATLAS live bird handling, a system that can easily process 15,000 bph, combined with CAS SmoothFlow stunning. Although more broilers can be transported due to the ingenious SmartStack design, they benefit from the largest headroom in the industry during transport.
Quality total leg deboning with inline efficiency
By automating deboning operations, poultry processors can align with the “Carcass Balance” trend (use all the parts of the chicken, not just the breast fillet) and at the same time add value to their products; deboned meat simply has more value than bone-in meat. “Think fast” in this respect means upgrading of formerly exported frozen bone-in meat parts, turning them into attractive boneless products. This can be done with Marel Poultry’s automated total leg deboning systems which operate fully inline while achieving the highest yield. They can cope with today’s highest processing speeds and are operational in the ACM-NT cut-up line to perform full or selective inline deboning with no manual labor required.
High volume consistent coating
During the VIV Europe exhibition, Marel will announce a next step in low pressure portioning and coating. Combining innovative technologies for batter and crumb unlocks new profitable processing opportunities. This convenience food production line features the most uniform coating capabilities, resulting in highest volumes of high quality products.
