The product discontinuation process begins with an EOS announcement.

  • Marel will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to give 6 months’ notice prior to the EOS date.
     
  • Marel will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to give 6 months’ notice prior to the EOFS date.
     
  • Marel will stop renewing Service Agreements after the EOFS date. Local service managers are responsible for informing affected customers and for renegotiating new terms accordingly.
     
  • Marel will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to give a minimum 5 years’ notice prior to an effective EOL date, from the time of the EOS announcement.
     
  • Marel’s sales and service network will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to notify customers directly.
