RoboBatcher Flex Breast Fillets
The RoboBatcher Flex is a highly flexible system for automated fixed weight batching and tray styling of poultry fillets. The system keeps giveaway to a minimum with intelligent product mixing. Designed for high throughput and accuracy, the RoboBatcher Flex can batch and style up to 300 fillets per minute depending on the version.
Available in four different versions with two to four cells, this flexible fixed weight batcher can run up to three individual tray jobs at the same time. This guarantees that the maximum possible amount of fillets will be selected for tray packing. An optional discharge unit makes it possible to run mixed jobs like bulk, catering and grading at the same time. This further improves product utilization.
Suitable for a vast range of plastic and polystyrene trays
The efficient flight-less high friction belt allows the system to run a wide range of different plastic and polystyrene trays. Seamless tray dispensing is ensured with a built in tray buffer system. Changeover from one type of tray to another is fast and easy.
Common lane batching
Specially developed software makes it possible for two or more robotic heads per system to work together on one tray, resulting in optimal batching performance. By co-producing the fillet trays, the common lane batching feature ensures efficient product utilization with improved fillet placement. This maximizes efficiency and enhances the bottom line. This intelligent feature also simplifies the entire process and reduces the overall system footprint.
Complete de-boning, filleting and batching line
Available as a part of a complete production line, the RoboBatcher Flex is ideal in combination with the AMF-BX FlexControl breast cap filleting system and the FHF-XB front half de-boning system. Logistics are fully integrated between system components ensuring the best product distribution available. This production set-up offers flexibility and great product utilization while giving processors complete production control and full operational overview.

By connecting the RoboBatcher Flex to Marel’s Innova production software system, production flow can be controlled from a central PC. From this central command it is possible to start orders that will be processed on the robot, change order execution on the fly and compensate for changes in the product flow or in production planning.
Innova has different built-in monitoring capabilities, which provide the user with a good overview of the current state of production. After the execution of an order, Innova can generate a variety of reports that analyze production, giveaway or other requested performance parameters.

Extendable robot batching system
The RoboBatcher Flex is an extendable system that can go from two to three or four cells according to production need.
The 2-cell Flex can batch up to 160 fillets per minute and handle two different tray jobs simultaneously.
The 4-cell Flex – standard can batch up to 300 fillets per minute and handle two different tray jobs simultaneously.
The 3-cell Flex can batch up to 240 fillets per minute and handle two different tray jobs simultaneously.
The 4-cell Flex– extended can batch up to 300 fillets per minute and handle three different tray jobs simultaneously.
