This notification states the end-of-sale (EOS) and the end-of-life (EOL) for the following Marel product, effective as of 01/11/2011.
- M6000 terminal
The EOS date will take place 6 months from this notification date. The EOS is the last day to order the product and thereafter will no longer be for sale from that date.
The EOL date will take place 5 years from the EOS. EOL means that the product life cycle has come to an end and the product is now obsolete. Once obsolete, the product will be supported on best effort bases, including spare parts availability, the product will not be improved, repaired or maintained.
The EOS for the M6000 has been made in response to critical components for the M6000 terminal becoming difficult to source from suppliers. The following replacement has been provided:

This notice serves as formal communication of Marel decision to end the life of the product noted.
