The Marel Emulsifier is designed for finest cutting and emulsifying of meat products. Depending on product and process, the throughput capacity lies between 1,000 and 4,000 kg/hour. Either a hopper or a pump can feed the raw ingredients mixture to the Emulsifier.
The special design of the stainless steel machine offers quiet running and easy cleaning. Maintenance is made easy too, thanks to the large fitting apertures.
